No returns or refunds for item(s) that are explicitly marked not returnable, i.e., Books, Calendars, Clothes, Computer media, or CD’s.

We recommend returning with USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Buyer must purchase Delivery Confirmation with Insurance or assume all risks for returning uninsured item(s). Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of order date.
Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment, for full purchase price of the item. Return shipping and fees are not reimbursed unless return is due to seller’s error.
Restocking fees are not charged unless item returned is in a lesser grade condition than it was originally shipped in. For example, an item sold in an unopened package but open when returned is refunded less a 30% fee due to decreased value.
